I started BLC in 2016 after spending over two decades working for Fortune 500 insurance companies but also small start-ups. My passion continues to be customer facing and improving the communication that sometimes fails between a buyer and the service provider. The insurance industry doesn't have a great reputation. It happens for a number of reasons, but most of us have either felt or heard of terrible customer service scenarios. I try to apply sound customer strategy and systems to improve the business relationship.
